What is the Steep Performance Guarantee?

If you were to deploy a marketing campaign that failed to produce results for your business, certainly the initial cost is a loss, but the bigger loss is the lost opportunity you have with an empty calendar. We hate gaps in your appointment schedule, so we created the Steep Performance Guarantee to insure your number one marketing risk: Lost Opportunity.

If your campaign meets all of Steep’s Best Practices, you unlock access to purchase the Steep Performance Guarantee on your campaign. Each campaign has a target number of buying units and registrants we are shooting to attain for your event. With the Performance Guarantee add-on, if we were to miss the target on your campaign, even by one, Steep would pay for another campaign of equal or smaller size within 30 days.

How do I add the Performance Guarantee to my campaign?

The cost for the Performance Guarantee is 20% of the price for the specific size of your seminar (e.g $5,250 seminar price + $1,050 guarantee price = $6,300 for a fully guaranteed seminar). You can indicate that you want the Performance Guarantee at the time you place your order (or at any time before the campaign goes live). We’ll review your event to ensure it complies to Best Practices, and you’ll be all set for a productive event (AND a full sales pipeline).

What if my seminar is not Best Practices?

The Performance Guarantee is not available for campaigns outside of our Best Practices, but with our new tiered pricing model, you can easily compensate for a lower registration number that could result from a non-Best Practices campaign by selecting one size larger campaign than you originally selected. This will give us additional ad spend that we can apply to your campaign to help ensure we’re equipped to fill your event.

Is the Performance Guarantee available on all campaigns types?

Most of our turnkey programs are available with the Performance Guarantee, but there are a few that are not. Check the bottom of the order form to see if the campaign you’re interested in has insurance available or not.
